Brookings CORE Response has several programs at this time including:
Walk-in Services - Hygiene Items, Tarps, Sleeping Bags, and Backpacks by availability.
Street Outreach - is a no-barrier service to engage potential program recipients and provide basic resources and referrals.
Health Programs - Resource Navigation is a peer-delivered, person-centered case management program led by our dedicated Community Health Workers who have lived experience and understand the challenges of navigation social service systems.
Housing Programs - Housing-Focused Case Management,
Emergency Shelter, Low Income Housing
